Frequently Asked Questions
What do you teach my child about religion?
Christian values are intertwined throughout the school day in various practices. Age-appropriate and meaningful Christian lessons are taught through songs, crafts, routines, and read alouds, which include:
Daily prayer with our children
During Christmas time, our children learn that Jesus is the best gift of all.
We teach our children at Easter that Jesus loves us.
Children attend Chapel every month where they explore themes of God's love for us.
How many children do you accept in each class?
12 Children in the Twos
15 Children in the Threes
15 Children in the Fours
Every class has one lead teacher and one assistant teacher.
What is the purpose of the School Board?
Our Preschool Board is structured with the purpose of guiding leadership and decision making on a broad level. We are made up of nine members representing our church, families, and staff. We meet 2-4 times a year and make decisions such as registration policies, tuition, and scheduling of our classes. Board members are the community's voice in these decisions! Having a board helps us keep a well-balanced program.
